Bright Spark Electric provides licensed electrical contracting services including but not limited to outlet and switch replacement, lighting installation, panel upgrades, circuit breaker repair, EV charger installation, surge protection, ceiling fan installation, and emergency electrical work. All services are performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and national electrical codes.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions arise during the work. We will communicate any necessary changes before proceeding. We offer upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via our Site, by phone, or through our online booking form. We will confirm your appointment within 2 hours during business hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Late cancellations may incur a trip charge fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. All invoices are due net 15 days unless specified otherwise. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
5. Warranty
We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all labor performed. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications. Please see our Warranty Information page for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Spark Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
